Arnold Schwarzenegger and his girlfriend, Heather Milligan, have a strong and lasting relationship.

Arnold Schwarzenegger and his physical therapist were recently spotted on a cozy date night at Nobu Malibu, a popular Japanese restaurant.

Arnold, 78, kept it casual for the event, wearing a gray sports jacket, black sweater, and jeans. Heather, 51, opted for a white blazer with gold buttons, a white top, and black pants.

I’ve been following Arnold and Heather for ages, and honestly, it’s amazing how private they are! They’ve been together for over ten years, but they barely let anyone see into their relationship. What I find so sweet is that Arnold was initially attracted to Heather because of how passionate she is about her career. Arnold was lucky that while he was recovering from shoulder surgery in 2012 and getting ready to film Escape Plan with Sylvester Stallone in 2013, a doctor suggested Heather as his physiotherapist.

Oh my god, you guys, I read this interview with my absolute hero, and it was EVERYTHING. He was talking about getting ready for this movie, and how he knew it was going to be intense – lots of fighting, even with Sly Stallone! He was determined to be in top shape. But get this – when he needed help, he didn’t go to just anyone. He said there was only one person he trusted with getting athletes ready: Heather! Apparently, he sends everyone to her because she’s the only one who truly understands what it takes. I mean, can you believe it? Heather is clearly a legend! I’m obsessed!

Arnold explained that after finishing therapy and the movie he was working on, he contacted her and invited her to lunch as a way of showing his gratitude. That lunch eventually led to a relationship.

At the time, Arnold Schwarzenegger was also going through a divorce from Maria Shriver, which began in 2011 after he admitted to having a son, Joseph Baena, with his family’s housekeeper, Mildred Patricia Baena.

Looking back, Arnold admitted that chapter of his life was “very, very difficult in the beginning.”

“You eventually move on,” he shared with The Hollywood Reporter in 2023. He also mentioned he’s in a happy relationship with his girlfriend, Heather Milligan, who is doing very well in her career.

Now a teenager, Jack still comes to his parents for advice.
