Kwalee, the publisher, and Galaxy Grove, the developers of games like Station to Station and Town to City, have revealed their next project: Steam to Electric, a railway management simulator scheduled for release on PC via Steam in 2026.

Joost van Dongen, the game’s director, said he’s always loved trains and management games, so creating a game about groundbreaking railway technology is a dream come true. He explained that the game features incredible inventions – like trains powered by jet engines and single-rail trains stabilized by gyroscopes – many of which actually existed and worked! In Steam to Electric, players will be able to build these amazing creations as a tribute to their ingenuity.
