Absolum, a popular action game released for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 last year, now lets players on all platforms play together online.
That’s PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC (via Steam).
Absolum is designed for both solo play and cooperative fun with a friend, supporting up to two players locally or online. While you can complete the game on your own, it’s much more enjoyable with a partner, and you can even learn to perform impressive team-based moves with some practice.
We’re excited about this update, as it should allow more people to experience the game. We particularly enjoyed Absolum when it first came out in 2025, and we’ve been very pleased with all the improvements made since then.
Guard Crush Games released a significant update, patch 1.1, back in February. It introduced a brand new game mode and several other improvements, so it’s definitely worth playing if you haven’t yet.
So, I’m really into Absolum, and I’m curious – are you planning on using the cross-play feature? Also, it’s a good idea to find a friend or teammate in the comments to watch your back while you’re playing!
