Benny Blanco Reveals Selena Gomez’s “Diet of a 5-Year-Old”

Selena Gomez‘s heart wants what it wants—and sometimes that’s having fast food for breakfast. 

Let me tell you, as someone who’s seen a lot of lifestyles, even the most glamorous people have their quirks! I recently learned from Benny Blanco that his wife – they had a beautiful, private wedding back in September 2025 – has some surprisingly unique eating habits. It just goes to show you, no one is quite what you expect!

Benny shared that Selena’s go-to meal is a burger and fries from Jack in the Box – the same fast food place she confessed to loving on her 2022 cooking show, Selena + Chef. According to Benny, he found her enjoying Jack in the Box at 6:45 AM this morning.

Benny admitted his wife isn’t a fan of fruits or vegetables, but he did mention one healthy food Selena loves: products from Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop brand. He said she’ll happily eat anything from Goop, although she prefers the toppings on her salad and leaves the lettuce for him.

Okay, so I heard about Selena’s approach to food, and honestly? It’s… different. I had to gently let everyone know, it’s definitely not something I’d recommend as part of the Goop lifestyle! We’re all about nourishing your body in a way that feels good and supports wellness, and this just didn’t quite align with that.

Despite Selena not being a fan of flowers, Benny always finds creative ways to spoil her with food. For Valentine’s Day in 2025, he famously filled a bathtub with nacho cheese and decorated it with a path of tortilla chips for her to enjoy.

The former Disney Channel star was delighted by the surprise and shared their excitement in a comment on an Instagram post of the sweet gesture, writing, “I love everything about this.”

This isn’t the first time Selena and Benny have openly talked about accepting each other’s unique qualities. Recently, after the first episode of Benny’s podcast, Friends Keep Secrets – which he created with Lil Dicky and Kristin Batalucco – aired, Selena playfully showed her support online, even pointing out some dirt on the soles of his feet.

On February 25th, actress Karla Sofía Gascón, who stars in the film Emilia Pérez, shared a heartwarming video on Instagram of herself and her partner sharing kisses. She captioned it, “I’m falling more in love with you every day.”

Benny quickly clarified that his unusual-looking toes weren’t his fault, but rather a result of the facilities he used. He jokingly added, “I have great feet!” during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on February 26th.
