Turns out you can very much go home again. 

Even after moving to Nashville in 2020, Ariel Winter wanted a place to stay when she visited her hometown of Los Angeles. She decided to keep the property within her family.

Six years after wrapping up their roles as siblings on the TV show Modern Family, Ariel Winter and Nolan Gould are now sharing a home together in real life.

Winter recently shared with People magazine that she’s actually living with her Modern Family co-star, Nolan Gould. She jokes that while fans often ask about a possible Modern Family reboot, they’re already roommates in real life, spending more time together now than ever before.

The 28-year-old described their living situation as being similar to a small-scale version of the TV show Modern Family, explaining that they see each other every day because they live together.

Winter, who just announced her breakup with Luke Benward, seems very open to the idea of a new dating show featuring surprising contestants, similar to a reality TV house.

Honestly, watching shows like Temptation Island together at night is really funny,” she said. “We’ve considered sharing that with others because we think people would enjoy it too.

Okay, but seriously, if we’re dreaming here, it’s not just that pairing I’m obsessed with! There are SO many other roommate combos I’d absolutely lose it over, honestly. I need more! I just… I need them all!

I was so fascinated to learn that Ilana Glazer and Rachel Bloom actually lived together when they were first starting out in New York! It’s amazing to think about those two, who went on to star in shows like Broad City and Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, sharing an apartment and hustling together back then. It really puts their success into perspective.
