While Marshals is still super popular on the platform – even though critics are a little divided – this new series has everyone talking. And the best part? It’s actually good – it’s got an 88% score on Rotten Tomatoes, which is a great sign!

As a continuation of the popular series Yellowstone, it focuses on beloved characters Beth and Rip as they start over in Rio Paloma, Texas, after the events of the Yellowstone finale. Although Marshals features Kacey Dutton in a new role with a team of Navy SEALs, Dutton Ranch has a similar feel to the original Yellowstone series.

Look, I went into Dutton Ranch with some trepidation, knowing Taylor Sheridan wasn’t directly involved this time around. But honestly? I’m really impressed. Chad Feehan, who’s got a solid track record with shows like Ray Donovan and Lawmen: Bass Reeves, is absolutely killing it. After three episodes, it’s clear he was the right choice to take over. New episodes are dropping weekly through early July, and I have a feeling Dutton Ranch is going to be the biggest thing on Paramount+ this weekend – it’s actually delivering on all the buzz.
