Major Isekai Sequel Debuts New Trailer Ahead of Crunchyroll Release

Fans of the popular anime genre Isekai have something to look forward to this summer! A sequel is returning to Crunchyroll with new episodes in July, and a final trailer has just been released. This year has already been great for new Isekai series, and more are on the way. Along with these new titles, we’re also getting fresh episodes of established favorites like Mushoku Tensei.

The popular anime Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation is returning for a third season after a two-year break. This season will show Rudeus facing new challenges and embarking on exciting adventures, now that he’s married to both Sylphie and Roxy. You can watch the new trailer for Season 3 below.

When Does Mushoku Tensei Season 3 Come Out?

Season 3 of Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation will premiere in Japan on July 5th as part of the Summer 2024 anime lineup. Fans outside of Japan will be able to watch the new episodes exclusively on Crunchyroll. The production team from the first two seasons is returning for the third season. The latest trailer also reveals the new ending theme, “Inori, Owareba,” sung by Mika Nakashima, and the new opening theme, “Ketsui no Uta,” performed by Yuiko Ohara.

I’m really looking forward to the new season of Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation. It’s clear Rudeus has matured a lot since we last saw him, but so has Eris! After disappearing at the end of the first season, she’s back, and we’ll find out where she’s been in an arc dedicated to her training. Plus, the cast is growing with some great new voices – Haruka Tomatsu will be playing Nina Farion, and Tetsu Inada will be voicing Gal Farion.

What’s Going on With Mushoku Tensei Season 3?

Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation is a highly anticipated isekai anime returning with new episodes this summer and fall, and it’s expected to be one of the most popular shows of the year. The second season focused heavily on Rudeus dealing with the emotional fallout and trauma from Eris leaving him, and his recovery took a significant amount of time, both physically and emotionally.

The show also lacked much of the exciting action that made the first season so popular. However, the next season, coming this summer, promises to bring back those thrills with some serious new threats to Rudeus and his peaceful life. If you want to get ready, you can watch all the previous episodes on Crunchyroll.
