Fans of the anime Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End will be excited to know that a special restaurant, “Restaurant of Memories,” is opening at Universal Studios Japan on May 30th. Universal Studios Japan has hosted themed restaurants for other popular anime like One Piece and Attack on Titan before. This Frieren restaurant will be open until January 11th of next year and will feature dishes inspired by the show’s characters, including Frieren’s Plate, Himmel’s Plate, and a dessert inspired by Fern. I’ve been thinking about some Avengers villains lately, and honestly, I think a few of them deserve their own big spotlight again. They’ve had little appearances here and there, but these baddies are truly capable of giving the Avengers a real run for their money – we need to be reminded just how powerful they are! So, let’s dive in and talk about some villains who are seriously overdue for a major story.

Valve’s masterpiece is still Portal 2, a brilliantly designed and incredibly funny puzzle platformer. Originally released on PC on April 18, 2011, and later on other platforms, Portal 2 improves upon the already excellent original Portal, offering a flawless puzzle experience. Even after 15 years, it’s difficult to find games with a more refined design, sharper humor, or better overall execution than Portal 2.

Based on Alice Feeny’s novel, the film His & Hers features Naomi Thompson and Jon Bernthal, both recently known for their roles in Marvel movies. The story follows Anna (Thompson), a journalist who’s become withdrawn, and whose life is shaken up by a shocking murder in her hometown. She returns to Dahlonega and unexpectedly finds herself caught in the middle of a police investigation led by her estranged husband, Detective Jack Harper (Bernthal), who seems to distrust her sudden reappearance.

The season finale suggests John C. McGinley will have a significantly larger part in the second season, which is great news for the Scrubs reboot.

Movies quickly changed to match what audiences wanted, realizing they could make a lot of money with stories about aliens and futuristic technology. Film studios around the world started spending big budgets and hiring special effects experts to create these imaginative worlds. Directors used stories of alien invasions and strange creatures to explore the fears of the time, particularly those surrounding the Cold War and the threat of nuclear war. These films moved beyond their low-budget beginnings to become important cultural moments, fundamentally changing how science fiction looked on screen.
