A new Sprouse is checking into the Tipton.
Dylan Sprouse and Barbara Palvin announced on May 14th that they are expecting their first child.
Barbara and Dylan announced they are expecting a baby with a joint Instagram post. The post included a photo of the couple at the 2026 Cannes Film Festival, showing Barbara’s baby bump, along with a sonogram and a picture of them making a ‘rock on’ hand gesture.
This news follows the Victoria’s Secret model—who married a former star of The Suite Life of Zack & Cody in 2023—sharing details about her health after being diagnosed with endometriosis seven months ago.
She shared with TopMob News that her surgery in June had made a huge difference in how she felt. ‘It’s like night and day,’ she said, speaking before the 2025 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. ‘The change is incredible, but it’s an area where we still need a lot more research.’
This procedure isn’t a permanent fix for her condition, which involves tissue similar to the uterine lining growing in other areas and can make it harder to get pregnant. However, it did provide her with relief from her symptoms.
Throughout her health journey, Barbara was grateful to lean on her husband.
She said Dylan was a huge support and helped her get through everything during her recovery.
Barbara’s husband, the founder of All-Wise Meadery, has consistently been her greatest supporter. He even used his platform at the VS Fashion Show – where Barbara was a model – to bring attention to her condition.
He explained to TopMob News that he was wearing the endometriosis awareness pin to show support for Barbara, who had recently undergone surgery for the condition. He admired her strength throughout the process.
I’ve seen firsthand how powerful sharing personal experiences can be. Recently, a woman I know shared something online, and the response was incredible! So many women reached out, saying they’d gone through similar things. It was amazing to hear from people who said her post actually helped them recognize symptoms they were experiencing and encouraged them to finally get a diagnosis. It really highlights the importance of open conversation and supporting each other.

The model discussed her experience learning she had endometriosis and the symptoms she dealt with.
I’ve been struggling with difficult periods for a few years now,” the 32-year-old shared on Instagram last August. “I was constantly exhausted, in a lot of pain, and had very heavy, unpredictable bleeding. I often couldn’t sleep because I was stuck going to the bathroom, and I just assumed this was normal for me.
She finally had a chance to talk with a specialist about what to do next, and they decided surgery was the best option for her.
She said things have been much smoother recently, and she’s finally able to appreciate the change. She’s looking forward to this next phase of her life and feels ready to return to work.
As Barbara and Dylan start a new phase in their relationship, let’s revisit the highlights of their love story.
