Brooks Nader Reveals Why She Likes “a Little Chaos” in Her Love Life

Okay, so I was reading about Alexandra Daddario – seriously, she’s amazing in Love Thy Nader and I’m SO excited for the Baywatch reboot! – and she was talking about her dating life. She was asked if it was like smooth sailing or a total rollercoaster, and honestly, just hearing her talk about it was fascinating. I’m completely obsessed with knowing everything about her, and this little glimpse into her love life was just…perfect!

Brooks jokingly predicted a huge reaction, saying there would be ‘so many waves, probably a tsunami,’ when speaking with TopMob News at the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit 2026 launch event in New York City on May 14.

As the Sports Illustrated model put it, “I like a little chaos. If it’s too calm, I’m out.”

Brooks’ personal life has been quite eventful lately. Following her public relationship and subsequent split with her Dancing With the Stars partner, Gleb Savchenko, and after finalizing her divorce from Billy Haire in 2025, she’s been romantically connected to several high-profile athletes, including Carlos Alcaraz, Janik Skinner, and Tom Brady.

Recently, people have been speculating that she’s dating actor Taron Egerton from Rocketman. They were seen showing affection for each other during an outing in Southern California in March, including cuddling on the beach in Santa Monica.

Although the 29-year-old has recently been seen with Taron, she had previously said she was happy being single.

In a November interview with TopMob News, she explained the freedom of being single, saying, ‘You don’t have to answer to anyone, and you don’t need to explain your actions – like talking to or flirting with different people, or dating multiple partners.’

Despite being a public figure and dating while in the spotlight, the former Dancing With the Stars contestant believes she shouldn’t be expected to comment on rumors about her relationships.

She pointed out that men do this frequently, and questioned why she wouldn’t be allowed to as well, during a September interview on Watch What Happens Live.

Brooks doesn’t believe there are strict rules when it comes to dating today. She thinks it’s more nuanced than that.

She said on WWHL that the word ‘dating’ doesn’t really mean much anymore. She just isn’t sure what it even means these days.

Brooks Nader moved to New York City at 19 to pursue a modeling career, and quickly realized she needed a financial plan. As she told People magazine, her dad made it clear he wouldn’t be able to support her, saying, ‘You’re living a full-ride scholarship. You better find a boyfriend.’ Thankfully, she did, primarily to help cover the rent.

Let me tell you, while she definitely had a connection with advertising executive Billy Haire – they actually ended up getting married! It was a beautiful ceremony in the French Quarter of New Orleans in December 2019. It felt like a perfect fit for both of them.

Her parents were very upset when she told them she was getting divorced almost five years after her separation. She explained on her reality show, Love Thy Nader (which she filmed with her sisters Sarah Jane, Grace Ann, and Mary Holland Nader), that her parents reacted as if she’d done something terrible. They believed divorce was a terrible mistake and went against their religious beliefs.

The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model sees things differently. She told Bustle in 2025 that after ending a long-term relationship, she felt incredibly empowered. “I realized I was enough and could achieve anything I set my mind to,” she explained. After ten years with someone, she ended the relationship and thrived. Knowing she could handle childbirth, build a business, and overcome any challenge gave her a truly amazing feeling.

Billy later began dating reality TV personality Naomie Olindo, and the couple announced they were engaged in December 2025.

After her divorce, rumors swirled that model Brooks was dating retired NFL star Tom Brady. They were seen together at Michael Rubin’s Fourth of July party in 2024, but any potential romance seemed to have fizzled out by the fall.

Jimmy Kimmel playfully questioned Nader about rumors that she was dating tennis star Jannik Sinner during her September 2025 appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live. When asked if she was dating Sinner, she jokingly replied, “Is this an interrogation? I’m so scared right now.”

Someone asked about Jannik Sinner, and I hinted that Stephen Colbert might be able to confirm which match we were at together on August 31st. Her sister, Grace Ann, confirmed the rumors to TopMob News at New York Fashion Week, saying, “The rumors are true.” However, she clarified that things were still early stages. “‘Dating’ is a strong word,” she explained, “but he’s definitely someone special right now.”

While Grace Ann was hoping to be introduced, he had already met her sisters. “I can’t wait to,” she said about meeting the seven-time Grand Slam champion. “He’s so cute!”
