The adventure game OPUS: Prism Peak launched on April 16th, developed by Sigono and published by Shueisha Games. While it’s the fourth game in the OPUS series, it’s a completely new story – the developers call it a “spiritual sibling” to the others. It’s been very well-received, earning a score of 86 on Metacritic and a 91% positive rating from its 382 user reviews on Steam (the Nintendo eShop doesn’t offer user reviews).

Charlie Cox has addressed the recent rumors, and it appears they’re unfounded. When asked about them at the 2026 BAFTA Games Awards, Cox firmly denied any involvement. “I’m not in it,” he stated repeatedly. “I don’t know what you’re talking about, but I’m not there. Unless they digitally insert me later, I promise I won’t be appearing.” He apologized for having to clarify the situation.

I was a huge fan of The Boondocks comic strip back in the day! It was incredibly popular, appearing in over 300 newspapers before it finished in 2006. The story followed brothers Huey and Riley Freeman, who moved from Chicago to live with their grandfather in the mostly white suburb of Woodcrest. The name The Boondocks really captured how out-of-place and isolated these kids felt. It was a really powerful, politically-driven comic that spoke directly to the experiences of many African Americans in the late 90s and early 2000s. Honestly, it was unlike anything else in the newspapers then, and it’s still a cultural touchstone for me today.

Daniel Craig’s final appearance as James Bond in No Time to Die has sparked a lot of debate about who should take on the role next. Since there’s been no official announcement about the future of the character, fans have been enthusiastically suggesting various actors. A few performers, in particular, seem like natural fits, possessing the qualities needed to become the next 007.

The new game continues the bleak and realistic portrayal of a post-apocalyptic world, a common setting in many modern games. While many titles explore the aftermath of societal collapse, Metro 2039 tackles the concept with a particularly grim and authentic feel, drawing heavily from the realities of war and loss. This gives the game a unique intensity that sets it apart and could make it stand out from other titles in the genre.

Just as important, The Simpsons likely launched the entire genre of adult animation in America, and it’s been the leading style of TV comedy for the past forty years. Without it, popular shows like Family Guy, South Park, Bob’s Burgers, King of the Hill, and American Dad probably wouldn’t exist. Interestingly, The Simpsons didn’t begin as a typical TV series. It first appeared in 1987 as a collection of short animated segments on The Tracey Ullman Show.

As a big player, I’ve noticed one weapon is becoming super popular and overshadowing a lot of others for close-range fights. The developers are making a change so it can’t instantly take down enemies with Blue or higher rarity shields with just two hits. Don’t worry though, it’ll still be great for quickly taking out enemies with Green shields, which means we can still easily farm those Free Kit Runners to get Contracts!

The popular series Blue Lock is becoming a live-action movie in Japan this August, and we’re getting a first look at the cast. The newest trailer introduces Kohei Higuchi as Zantetsu Tsurugi, K as Seishiro Nagi, and Keito Tsuna as Reo Mikage, all members of Team V. You can now watch Season 4 of From on MGM+. The show stars Harold Perrineau as Boyd Stevens, the leader of a town that no one can leave. Those stuck in the town must survive terrifying creatures that emerge at night while also trying to understand why they’re trapped and if escape is even possible. As the series progresses, the central mysteries become more complex, and the personal stories of those involved are revealed.
