Get ready for more adventures! Square Enix has announced Evercold, a new expansion for the game introducing a new playable character, The Wanderer. The reveal trailer doesn’t show much yet, but The Wanderer is a Reaper and promises to start the next chapter with both depth and flair. It looks like The Wanderer is well-equipped to face whatever challenges lie ahead in the new expansion.
Okay, so details on Evercold are still pretty thin on the ground right now, but Square Enix says we’ll get more info before it launches in January 2027. The big news for me is they’re focusing on making the game work with busy lives – which is awesome! It sounds like we’re getting a new seasonal system alongside The Wanderer, and I’m really excited about the expanded character customization options. Plus, they’re updating the Armory and adding completely new combat modes called Reborn and Evolved – that sounds like a total game changer!
The popular game Final Fantasy 14: Evercold will soon be available on Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, PC, and PlayStation 4. More information will be shared soon.
