The popular FX comedy Adults will return for its second season on a confirmed date. The show’s creators have also hinted at the potential for many more seasons to come. Adults centers around five young friends figuring out life as adults while living together in the hometown of one of them, Samir (Malik Elassal). According to Teen Vogue, the second season of Adults will debut on FX and Hulu in August 2026, following a premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival on June 11, 2026. The show’s creators, Ben Kronengold and Rebecca Shaw, have shared that the new season will explore “what it means to grow up with four other people relying on you.” It promises a complex season focused on how the main characters adjust to different circumstances, with Samir playing a central role.
