Lindsie Chrisley is facing a legal battle.
According to arrest records and a legal document related to a temporary protective order request obtained by TopMob News, Savannah Chrisley’s boyfriend, David Landsman, was arrested on April 10th in Cherokee County, Georgia, for aggravated assault/strangulation and battery.
According to court documents filed on April 13th, an argument occurred between the woman and Landsman on April 9th. The argument started when Landsman reportedly saw a picture on her phone during dinner that he believed was of another man. Landsman was briefly held in the Cherokee County jail but has since been released.
In a court filing, Chrisley stated that her boyfriend of two years started arguing with her after seeing a photo of himself. She explained that after they got back to his house following their date, she told him she needed some space, which made him upset and angry.
According to court documents, things became violent when Chrisley tried to leave. She claims Landsman choked her several times, and in one instance, he allegedly held her off the ground with one hand while choking her and yelling. Chrisley stated she repeatedly asked him to stop, but he refused.
The woman, 36, claims that during the fight, she punched him near his eyebrow. She then says Landsman grabbed her throat again, threw her out the door, and she hit her head on the concrete outside.
According to Chrisley, after she left Landsman’s home, he called the police and reported that she had hit him. She stated in a legal document that she went back to his house on April 10th at the request of authorities, who examined injuries to her neck and head. Based on the visible cuts on her head—caused by being thrown to the ground—and marks on her neck, Landsman was then arrested.

Julie Chrisley, who has a 13-year-old son with her former husband, Will Campbell, has asked the court for a temporary restraining order because she fears for her and her son’s safety.
I’m hearing that my client is requesting a restraining order, asking that Mr. Landsman stay away from both her home and her son’s school. She also wants him to cover all the expenses she’s incurred – things like legal fees and court costs – related to filing for this protection. Finally, she’s asking the court to prevent him from selling or getting rid of any of her property.
TopMob News hasn’t been able to find contact details for Chrisley. Landsman didn’t respond right away when E News asked for a statement.
