System Era Softworks, the creators of Astroneer, just released a new trailer for their upcoming game, STARSEEKER: Astroneer Expeditions. This new game is designed for cooperative play. The trailer gives a quick look at the gameplay players can expect when the Early Access version launches on June 11th.
The trailer focuses less on the story and more on how players will team up to do research on different planets. It also highlights the unpredictable nature of the game, showing how players will have to manage the fallout from their choices and actions during missions.
When it releases, STARSEEKER: Astroneer Expeditions will let players join each other online and make progress together. The developers at System Era Softworks plan to spend about a year in Early Access while they finish STARSEEKER: Astroneer Expeditions. They’re working on adding lots of new content, including new areas to explore, items to collect, characters to meet, and ways to build and experiment.
