Hidden on every level of the game are Skulls – special items that change how you play. There are 42 Skulls in total, and they do everything from giving you unlimited ammo to turning the entire level into a deadly floor. Once you finish the main game, you’ll likely find a few Skulls you really like and stick with those for future playthroughs. It’s fun to imagine what would happen if you turned them all on at once!

Claire hasn’t had much time to train since escaping Raccoon City, which is something the original game didn’t really show, considering how skilled she was at the beginning. But that’s being fixed now. The developers are making it clear that Claire won’t become a highly trained agent overnight; only three months have passed. The events she experienced have changed her, and she’s received some training from her brother, Chris.
I was a little worried after seeing the first trailer for the remake, because it looked like they might be switching to first-person. But the producer, Yoshiaki Hirabayashi, just cleared things up! He said the game will actually feel a lot like the Resident Evil 2 remake, which is amazing news. So, it’s not a perspective shift, just a similar vibe – and I’m totally happy about that!
Why it matters: Because numbers are fun, and these ones are really big. Also, someone’s got to pay for all those avocado toasts.
About ten years ago, Disney released the animated movie Moana, a magical story about a Polynesian girl (voiced by Auliʻi Cravalho) who sails across the ocean to save her people, aided by the demigod Maui (Dwayne Johnson). Following a 2024 sequel, Disney has now created a live-action version of Moana.
The PC version launched today via Steam for $12.99.
As the movie was wrapping up, our heroes got a desperate plea for help from Avion – it’s this amazing city where bird people live! Knowing the lore, Avion is always guarded by Stratos, a flying hero who’s been a fan favorite in the comics for ages. It felt like a really clever way to set up his introduction in the next film – I’m already excited to see him take flight on the big screen!
