David Tennant, Jodie Whittaker, and Riz Ahmed are all returning to the West End to perform in a new series of shows for the play White Rabbit Red Rabbit, it was announced last week.
I’m absolutely fascinated by this show! It’s been running for fifteen years now, and the concept is just incredible. Every single performance features a new actor, and here’s the amazing part: they see the script for the very first time on stage, with absolutely no rehearsal beforehand. It’s a truly unique and daring piece of theatre, and I love how unpredictable it must be!
David Tennant and Jodie Whittaker, both known for their roles in Doctor Who, will be appearing on June 15th and July 13th, respectively. Several other actors are also scheduled to perform, including David Harewood on June 8th, Jo Joyner on June 22nd, Asim Chaudhry on June 29th, Luke Thompson on July 6th, Kathryn Hunter on July 20th, Kunal Nayyar on July 27th, Archie Madekwe on September 21st, and Riz Ahmed on September 28th.
