Speculation is growing about who might appear on the next season of The Celebrity Traitors, filmed in the Scottish Highlands. Sources suggest that mathematician Hannah Fry is a possible contestant.
According to The Sun, the mathematician and TV personality will be joining the new series, and filming is scheduled to start this weekend.
Hannah Fry is a mathematician who shares her knowledge with the public. She’s a professor at the University of Cambridge, where she focuses on helping people understand mathematics.
Hannah Fry has hosted several popular TV shows recently, such as The Secret Genius of Modern Life, The Future with Hannah Fry, and this year’s AI Confidential.
A BBC representative said they don’t comment on rumors, but information about the second series of The Celebrity Traitors will be shared soon.

Stephen Fry is the newest celebrity rumored to be joining the cast of the upcoming season, joining Michael Sheen, Cheryl, and Steve Pemberton, who are also reportedly being considered for roles.
Peter Capaldi, known for his role in Criminal Record, has decided not to participate, explaining he prefers to avoid the additional publicity the show would bring.
I enjoy working on my music projects, and it’s hard for people in the industry to understand why I prefer to keep things relatively small-scale.

James Nesbitt, a fellow actor, shared that he won’t be appearing on the next season of Celebrity Traitors. He said he decided to pass because he was “too scared” after how popular the show was last year.
While on The Chris Evans Breakfast Show, Nesbitt explained that when he was first approached about the project – since he was already at the BBC – his immediate reaction was, ‘That sounds fantastic!’
I discussed it with my agent, but he advised against it. I honestly wondered how I could top that performance – it was truly exceptional.
The second season of Celebrity Traitors will air on BBC One later this year. You can currently watch the first season on BBC iPlayer.
