I’ve noticed some great shows recently appeared on the platform, including popular titles like Overlord and Spy x Family. According to What’s on Netflix, they’ve just released a list of what’s coming in May 2026. While there aren’t a ton of completely new series being added, fans of Detective Conan will be happy to know new episodes are on their way. Because it’s such a long-running series, Netflix is rolling them out in seasonal batches. The first two seasons are already available, and season three will be added on May 1st, 2026.

Even though Attack on Titan has finished, the animation studio WIT Studio continues to delight fans with new content. They recently announced a monthly illustration project starting April 18th, featuring new artwork of popular characters by Kyōji Asano. Asano played a key role in the anime’s first three seasons as Chief Animation Director, Character Designer, Key Animator, and director of the opening and ending sequences.

It’s easy to see why I feel this way. I’ve played a lot of Assassin’s Creed games, and I actually think Unity is the best one, though that’s a discussion for another time.
