Rob Kardashian Supports North West Album in Rare Social Media Return

Rob Kardashian has his family’s backs—4evr. 

When Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s oldest child, North West, released her first song, her uncle Rob Kardashian surprisingly reappeared on social media to celebrate the occasion.

On May 1st, the 39-year-old posted a picture of his 12-year-old’s album, called N0rth4evr, to his Instagram Story, and tagged the child’s official account.

Kim celebrated her daughter’s accomplishment by sharing a celebratory post on her social media story, complete with blue hearts, and also decorated their home to mark the occasion of the six-song EP release.

A black balloon arch spelling out “North4evr” decorated an entryway in Kim’s house, and North shared a video of it online. In the clip, she’s seen making a peace sign, dressed in all black except for her bright blue hair.

To celebrate her new music release, North—Kim and Ye’s oldest child, and big sister to Saint, 10, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 6—will be appearing at a pop-up event in Los Angeles hosted by Complex. She previously announced on Instagram on April 30th that she would be there.

As a lifestyle enthusiast, I’m always excited to see young talent blossom! And North is definitely one to watch. While her new EP, N0rth4evr, is her official debut, she’s actually been immersed in the music world with her dad for years. Before this EP, she shared a single called “Piercing On My Hand” back in February, giving us a little taste of what she’s capable of.

The song was a direct response to criticism of North’s unique style, particularly her many piercings.

In the song, she raps about getting a hand piercing and buying designer bands. She emphasizes that she doesn’t consider someone a true friend if they don’t ‘get’ her lifestyle, which includes frequent shopping trips to Japan. She also mentions a brief and unsuccessful stint in school, getting kicked out after only two days.

She also made clear she has no plans to change her look anytime soon.

In the song, she expresses a desire for more body modifications like piercings and tattoos, and mentions she loves having blue hair, even styled in braids. She also wants the music turned up loud and dreams of earning a lot of money – ‘100,000 racks’ (meaning $100,000).

She shared the stage with Ye at his Los Angeles concert on April 1st, performing with him at SoFi Stadium. They also performed their second collaboration, a song called “Talking.”
