Since the movie Verity isn’t coming out until October, we don’t know exactly when the trailer will be released online. However, The Hollywood Reporter has revealed some early details. The trailer opens with Verity (Hathaway) promoting her book on a podcast. Then, it shows Lowen Ashleigh (Johnson) arriving at the mansion she shares with Verity’s husband, Jeremy Crawford (Hartnett). Lowen has been hired to finish one of Verity’s books, as the trailer indicates Verity is now unable to write and is confined to a wheelchair.

Paramount Pictures revealed at CinemaCon that the Call of Duty movie will hit theaters on June 30, 2028. Taylor Sheridan, the creator of Yellowstone, is writing the screenplay, and Peter Berg will direct. Although filming hasn’t started yet, a preview was shown at CinemaCon with footage from the game set to The White Stripes’ “Seven Nation Army.”

While For All Mankind isn’t the only show exploring alternate histories – others like The Man in the High Castle, Watchmen, Hollywood, 1983, have done so before – there’s one book that feels especially ready for a TV series now that For All Mankind has ended. Stephen Baxter’s 1996 novel, Voyage, would be a natural fit for a television adaptation.

Blade isn’t the only vampire in Marvel Comics. Characters like Morbius, and surprisingly even Dracula – as seen in the upcoming Werewolf by Night: Blood Moon Rise #1 – appear in the universe. Dracula’s daughter, Lilith, is also a notable vampire character.

During CinemaCon 2026, Paramount shared news about Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem 2. Producers Seth Rogen, James Weaver, and Evan Goldberg presented a video revealing the villains that will appear in the sequel. These include Shredder, the Turtles’ classic enemy, and Brain, a well-known and memorable villain from the franchise.

During today’s CinemaCon presentation, Paramount announced a new Star Trek movie is officially in development. While details are still scarce, reports indicate Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley are writing, directing, and producing the film, which will be an original story.

A new trailer has been released for the upcoming action thriller, Man on Fire. Based on the 1980 novel by A.J. Quinnell, this TV remake stars Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as John Creasy, a former Special Forces mercenary whose fresh start is derailed when he seeks revenge for a wrong done to someone he cares about.

At CinemaCon 2026, Seth Rogen announced that Shredder and Krang—two of the most famous villains from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles—will be in the upcoming sequel.

I’ve definitely watched a lot of shows hoping to recapture the magic of Gilmore Girls. I’ve tried everything – other series by Amy Sherman-Palladino, shows with familiar faces from the cast, and even things that seemed to be trying to be the next Gilmore Girls. But honestly, nothing has ever quite felt the same.

Tom Cruise will once again be working with producer Jerry Bruckheimer and writer Ehren Kruger on the next Top Gun movie. It’s currently unknown whether director Joseph Kosinski will be back for the third film, or if a new director will take over.
