Netflix Is About To Lose a Cult Classic ‘80s Fantasy Comedy

You only have a little over a week to watch Harry and the Hendersons on Netflix! This charming 1987 comedy, starring John Lithgow and Melinda Dillon, will be removed from the streaming service on May 1st. The movie, produced by Amblin Entertainment, tells the story of a Seattle family who accidentally hits Bigfoot with their car and decides to take him in. What follows is a funny and heartwarming tale as they try to hide their new, gentle giant – named Harry – from the world and learn to love him as one of their own.

Netflix Sets Release Date for Sci-Fi Thriller The Last House

I’ve got some exciting news for thriller fans! Netflix has set a release date of August 7th, 2026, for their new series, The Last House. We’ve just gotten a first look at some images, and let me tell you, this family is not having a good time – they look genuinely terrified by whatever strange situation they’ve found themselves in. The cast is fantastic, led by Greta Lee, who you might recognize from Russian Doll, and Wagner Moura, known for his work in Narcos and The Secret Agent. They play Ann and Jason, the parents, and they’re joined by a really promising young ensemble including Riley Chung (The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes), Emma Ho (The Baker), Noah Alexander Sosnowski (Section 8), and Gabriel Barbosa (May December). This one definitely has my attention!

Scrapped Disney Sequel Revealed for One of the Best Animated Movies of the Century

In an interview with The Direct, producer Glen Keane explained that Disney struggled to come up with a compelling story for a Tangled sequel. He used the examples of Pinocchio and Beauty and the Beast, asking, “Once the main characters achieve their ultimate transformation, what’s left to explore?” Keane shared that the original creative team met to discuss the possibility of a sequel, but ultimately concluded they couldn’t find a story that felt worthy of telling.

7 Most Lethal X-Men Villains Ranked by Highest Kill Count

It’s easy to get lost in the schemes of all the X-Men’s enemies, especially considering how much destruction they cause. Today, we’re looking at seven of their most dangerous foes and ranking them by how many people they’ve killed. It’s tough to get exact numbers – many deaths are only hinted at – but we’ve tried to be as accurate as possible, focusing on confirmed actions and statements. For instance, while Sublime claims responsibility for much of the conflict between humans and mutants, it’s hard to prove direct involvement, so he won’t be included. With that said, let’s take a look at just how deadly these villains are.

Regular Show Fans Don’t Have to Worry About New Cartoon Network Revival

Before its Cartoon Network premiere on May 11th, Regular Show: The Lost Tapes provided critics with two episodes. While that’s not enough for a full review of the revival, it does allow for a first impression. Based on those episodes, it’s clear that fans of the original Regular Show can expect the same quality and humor they loved – the show hasn’t missed a beat.

5 Best Underrated Open-World Games

Even though these open-world games aren’t perfect, they’re worth revisiting. They offer a fresh take on a genre that often feels repetitive, with experiences ranging from a uniquely atmospheric horror game to an overlooked fantasy RPG epic. If you’re looking for something different and are willing to give a game a second chance, these titles are a great option – especially if they didn’t receive the recognition they deserved when they first came out.

3 Missing Scrubs Characters Who Most Need To Return in Season 2 of the Revival

The return of Scrubs included some beloved characters in different capacities. John C. McGinley appeared in three episodes as the retiring Dr. Cox, Judy Reyes returned for four as Carla, and Neil Flynn and Christa Miller made guest appearances as the Janitor and Jordan. While a second season hasn’t been officially confirmed, creator Bill Lawrence has already planned out potential storylines, and has indicated there’s room to bring back characters who didn’t appear in the first season. He’s specifically identified three characters whose stories need to be further explored.

House of the Dragon Season 3 Officially Rewrites Its Iron Throne Story for the 4th Time (& Changes the Show’s Premise)

While many things shifted throughout the conflict, three changes were especially important in shaping the war between King Aegon II Targaryen and Queen Rhaenyra Targaryen. The first was a misunderstanding of King Viserys’ final words by Alicent Hightower, which introduced Aegon the Conqueror’s dream into the story and fundamentally altered the reasons for the civil war.
