While promoting his latest film, *One Battle After Another* (arriving in theaters September 26th), Leonardo DiCaprio revealed that his role as Howard Hughes in *The Aviator* remains the most impactful of his career. He explained that he’d been fascinated with Hughes for about a decade, carrying a book about him for years. When he finally got the chance to play Hughes around the age of 30, working with Martin Scorsese and also serving as a producer, he felt a significant level of responsibility. DiCaprio considers *The Aviator* a turning point in his life, and it’s not the character’s unusual behavior that has stayed with him, but rather the extensive thought process he put into understanding the role.

I’ve noticed a lot of long-running manga in Shonen Jump are starting to wrap things up, and it looks like Koji Miura’s *Blue Box* might be joining them. The latest chapter doesn’t outright *say* it’s the beginning of the end, but everything that’s happening definitely feels like it’s building towards a finale. With the main relationships feeling settled and the characters starting to think about their futures, *Blue Box* could be heading for its ending soon, so fans might want to prepare themselves.

It looks like the investment in the next *Battlefield* game is already showing positive results, with the game promising a huge amount of content when it launches. Players can expect a battle royale mode, a full campaign, classic multiplayer battles, and a unique ‘Portal’ feature allowing for custom maps and game types – meaning there’s something for everyone. EA is clearly committed to reaching a broad audience with this title. However, the developers at Battlefield Studios haven’t shared many details about the battle royale mode yet.

Giri’s victory against Niemann earned him the championship title and a spot in the 2026 Candidates Tournament. This is his third time qualifying for the tournament, and he also won a $90,000 prize.

I’ve been checking out a really cool indie game called *Shape of Dreams* by Lizard Smoothie, a developer out of South Korea. It’s a co-op roguelite, and it’s been a huge hit! Apparently, it’s already sold over 200,000 copies since launching on September 10th, with 100,000 of those sales happening in just the first day. Right now, I’m seeing over 30,000 people playing it on Steam at peak times, and everyone who’s bought it seems to be really enjoying it. Definitely worth checking out if you’re into that kind of game!
